As an example, FIRS Steeltown would have

- coal
- iron ore
- metal smelting / bashing
- automotive
- salt
- stone

The region check would be in industry varaction 2 for placement.  

That means specific industry types can:

* ignore the region
* require one specific region type
* situate in any region type from a specific list
